REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Anne Wambui Muturi (ID/14477375) and (2) Jackson Ouma Ogeda (ID/12461243), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.3637 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Machakos, known as parcel No. Donyosabuk/Komarock Block 1/27755, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
