REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mbaruk Khamis Mohamed, of P.O. Box 90377- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as L.R No. 5012- Kwale, situate in Vanga in the Kwale District, registered under title No. CR 15035, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a land register of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
