NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 189, in Volume DI, Folio 330/3371, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Evanson Tyler Ndung’u Kimani, of P.O. Box 2098–10100, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Evanson Ndung’u Kimani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Evanson Ndung’u Kimani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Evanson Tyler Ndung’u Kimani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Evanson Tyler Ndung’u Kimani only.
