NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th September, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1048, in Volume DI, Folio 319/3282, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Myrone Thinguri Rostlund, of P. O. Box 785–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Myrone Thinguri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Myrone Thinguri and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Myrone Thinguri Rostlund for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Myrone Thinguri Rostlund only.
