THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abraham Kipkurgat Rono (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nandi, known as Nandi/Kaboi/366, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. 130 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Vivian Jepngetich Rono and (2) Dorcas Chepchumba Rono, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Abraham Kipkurgat Rono (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of transmission and issue of land title deed to the said (1) Vivian Jepngetich Rono and (2) Dorcas Chepchumba Rono and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Abraham Kipkurgat Rono (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
