REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Kipteigong Cheseret (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, known as Ngeria/Chepyakwai Block 4 (Kilibwoni)/4, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 140 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Catherina Paulo, and whereas the said title deed in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said transmission instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Paul Kipteigong Cheseret (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
