THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Sarah Mmboga Efwanila and (2) Alfred Olu Obayo, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as South Teso/Angoromo/3223, situate in the county of Busia, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
