REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Christopher Lucheveleli (ID/0937268), P.O. Box 33, Malava in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as S/Kabras/Bushu/2177, situate in the Kakamega County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be constructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
