WHEREAS John Mwangi Thuku (ID/28257285), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Laikipia/Uaso Narok/2473 and 2467 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
