REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josephine Sidi Fondo, as the administrator of the estate of Saidi Chome Ngonyo (deceased), is registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 14.60 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Malindi/Shaurimoyo/391, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed in respect of the piece of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional title under provision of section 33 (5).
