REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hadijah Chepkasi Mohamed, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.5027 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 3037, Malindi, registered under title No. C.R. 18565, situate in Malindi Township in Malindi District, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Malindi has issued a decree from Land Cased No. 45 of 2019 (OS) vesting the plot in adverse possession in favour of Hadijah Chepkasi Mohamed, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
