the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act
(Cap. 38)
ACT
NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya to the owners
of the following containers—
Container No. HNKU1025426; Container No. HNKU1029144;
Container No. HNKU1025724; Container No. ZCSU2207758;
Container No. ZCSU2207300; and Container No. TFLU2906467.
which have been lying idle and unclaimed at the premises of Nethcon
Container Solutions Limited located at Miritini, Mombasa – Highway
to take delivery of the said goods within thirty (30) days from the date
of this publication upon payment of all the outstanding storage charges
plus any other incidental costs. Failure to which Nethcon Container
Solutions Limited shall commence proceedings or action to dispose of
the said goods.
