NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to all the clients of Prestige Movers with Storage arrears to collect their goods stored at Prestige Movers Premises, upon payment of all outstanding storage charges and any incidental costs within seven (7) days from the date of this publication. Failure to which the stored goods will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice. The proceeds from which shall be defrayed against all costs. Surplus if any will be paid to the owner on demand, and should there be any shortfall Prestige Movers will claim the same from the owners by legal proceedings for recovery.
