NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) Laws of Kenya to the owners of the motor vehicles registration Nos.: GKA 763S-Land Rover van/pickup; GKA 631G-Van; KCJ 942Z-Range Rover Sport; KCZ 466M-Range Rover Sport; KBC 011Y, Range Rover Sport; KCB 812V, Range Rover Evoque; KCJ 585A, Range Rover Evoque, which are currently lying at the premises of Inchcape Kenya Limited located along Lusaka Road within Nairobi City County to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of the requisite repair and storage charges and any other incidental costs including the cost of this publication, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty without any further notice and the proceeds therefrom shall be defrayed against all accrued charges. this is issued further to the notice to take delivery previously issued to the owners (depositors) vide
