REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of the Motor Vehicle Registration No. BMW X3, UNEP 445K, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which has been lying at the premises of Valley View Office Park Limited, located in Parklands, along Limuru Road, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of the requisite storage costs and any other related expenses failure to which Kenya Shield Auctioneers shall dispose off the said motor vehicle by way of public auction without further notice and proceeds therefrom shall be defrayed against all accrued charges.
