NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 23rd September, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1025, in Volume D1, Folio 383/3614, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Raymond Mike Kipyegon Tonui, of P.O. Box 30257, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ronald Kigen Cheruiyot, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ronald Kigen Cheruiyot, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Raymond Mike Kipyegon Tonui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Raymond Mike Kipyegon Tonui only.
