APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given that Ponangipalli Venkata Ramana Rao and Swaroop Rao Ponangipalli both of P.O. Box 51-00623 Nairobi, Kenya, have been appointed as joint Administrators of Mt. Kenya Tea Factory company Limited (Under Administration) (“the Company”) effective from the 3rd day of September, 2025. Following the appointment, all the affairs and business of the company are being conducted by the Administrators. The powers of the Administrators extend to all assets and undertakings of the Company. The powers of the directors in terms of dealing with the company’s assets ceased. Any party having a claim against the Company to submit their claim in writing with relevant supporting documentation to the Administrators on or before the 4th day of October, 2025 for consideration. The Administrators act as an agent of the Company without personal liability.
