PURSUANT to the provisions of section 11 (h) and section 163 (1) of the Energy Act, 2019, the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority notifies the general public that it has considered the tariff application made by KUDURA Power East Africa Limited for Kakuma 1 and 2 mini-grid site in Turkana County. The approved applicable tariffs for the mini-grid mentioned above for three (3) years with effect from 25th August, 2025 as follows: Customer Category Connection Fee (KSh.)
