PURSUANT to the provisions of section 11 (h) and section 163 (1) of the Energy Act, 2019, the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority notifies the general public that it has considered and approved the tariff application made by Collective Energy Africa Limited for Ilturisho Community Solar PV mini-grid site in Narok County. The approved applicable tariffs for the mini-grid mentioned above for three (3) years with effect from 25th August, 2025 as follows: Customer Category Connection Fee (KSh.) Energy Charge Rate (KSh./kWh Domestic Households Free 54.03 DANIEL KIPTOO BARGORIA, MR/7784447 Director-General.
