REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwatime Hamadi Mwajambia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Majoreni/964, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Msambweni in Succession Cause No. E488 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mwanatumu Abdalla Mohamed, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwatime Hamadi Mwajambia (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and 40 respectively and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwatime Hamadi Mwajambia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
