REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Rakoro Obiero, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Border/2880, situate in the county of Kisumu, and whereas the Land Registrar, Nyando Sub-county’s attempt to summon Joseph Rakoro Obiero through the office of the registrar to surrender the said land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the day hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to Emily Atieno Omollo, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued to John Ochola Ogutu shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
