THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kapkwalo Kirongo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nandi, known as Nandi/Kapsisisywa/70, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court at Kabiyet in Succession Cause No. E66 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Aron Kirwa, of P. O. Box 858–30300, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kapkwalo Kirongo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kapkwalo Kirongo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
