GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13831

WHEREAS John Thiongo Kagiri alias Thiongo Kagiri alias Thiongo Kaguri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, known as (1) Loc. 3/Mungaria/180 containing 0.79 hectare or thereabouts, (2) Loc. 3/Mungaria/773 containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, (3) Loc. 3/Mungaria/772 containing 1.11 hectares or thereabout and (4) Loc. 3/Mungaria/T.2 containing 0.13 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kandara in Succession Cause No. E73 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Humphrey Kigotho Thiongo, of P. O. Box 1047–00100, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said land title deeds issued to John Thiongo Kagiri alias Thiongo Kagiri alias Thiongo Kaguri (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 19 and L.R.A. 42 of the said application, and whereas upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Thiongo Kagiri alias Thiongo Kagiri alias Thiongo Kaguri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
