THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hiram Kagori Ndungu alias Kagori Ndungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that pieces of land, known as Loc.4/Muruka/881 containing 0.56 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kandara in Succession Cause No. E37 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Mary Margaret Wambui Kagori and (2) Edwin Mwangi Kagori, and whereas the said land title deed issued to Hiram Kagori Ndungu alias Kagori Ndungu (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 19 and L.R.A. 42 of the said application, and whereas upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hiram Kagori Ndungu alias Kagori Ndungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
