THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Leah Wamuhu Kamanu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kieseges/Nyamamithi Block 4/278 (Limuru Pyrethrum), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 71 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Agnes Wanjiku Wamuhu, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Leah Wamuhu Kamanu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof and provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of Agnes Wanjiku Wamuhu and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Leah Wamuhu Kamanu (deceased) shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
