GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13819

WHEREAS Esther Wambui Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Elburgon/Elburgon Block 4/772 (Mukinyai), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate Court at Molo in Succession Cause No. 31 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Milka Wairimu Mwangi and (2) Ann Wangare Njoroge, and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50, and whereas the said land title deed issued to Esther Wambui Mwangi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of (1) Milka Wairimu Mwangi and (2) Ann Wangare Njoroge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Esther Wambui Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
