REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Evans Karatu Kihoria (ID/26098288), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.047 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Kajiado/Ntashart/9823, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued was fraudulently acquired, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the said land title deed shall be deemed cancelled, null and void and of no effect provided that no objection shall have been received within that period.
