THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Ngugi Gathige (deceased), is registered as proprietor
of that piece of land containing 6.63 acres or thereabout, known as
Kiganjo/Kiamwangi/929, situate in the district of Gatundu, and
whereas the Chief Magistrates Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause
No. E422 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to
Timothy Karuiki Ngugi (ID7466680), of P.O. Box 7846–00300,
Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts to recover
the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for
cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has
been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the
production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration
of the said administration letters to Timothy Karuiki Ngugi
(ID7466680), of P.O. Box 7846–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of
Kenya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to
the said Ngugi Gathige (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled
and of no effect.
