REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Mugwe Tirus Kingori (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, situate in the Nyandarua County, registered under the title No. Nyandarua/Kahuru/1065, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be constructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
