THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rimpa Nkuruma, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 31.45 hectares or thereabout, known as CIS- Mara/Olkinyei/445, situate in the Narok County, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
