THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Monica Katheru Kilonzo, (2) Said Walid Yahya and (3) John Mutinda Mwanzia, as the officials of Oasis Park Self Help Group, both of P.O. Box 88742–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 12715/15677, situate in the Mavoko Municipality in the Machakos District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 254129/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
