REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Mbochi Kamau (ID/13828131) and (2) Maureen Anyonia Sia Mlay (ID/20323195), both of P.O. Box 70472– 00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land, situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru Kiu Block 8/142, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
