REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Lucas Abich Owino (deceased) and (2) Cyprian Okumu Owino, are registered as proprietors of all those properties, known as Suna East/Wasweta 1/6993, 6994 and 6995, situate in Migori County, by virtue of a certificate of titles, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of titles issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles to (1) Maurice Owino Abich and (2) Cyprian Okumu Owino, having being gazetted as administrators under Succession Cause No. E134 of 2024 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
