WHEREAS Ian Nelson Njage, of P.O. Box 5284–80401, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Unit No. D132 erected on land known as L.R. No. 28867/1, situate in the 6406 6406 city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 188074/1and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
