WHEREAS Tesha Njoki Mahihu Muchiri, of P.O. Box 22584– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of Townhouse No. 9 erected on piece of land known as L.R. No. 330/234, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as Vol. N78 Folio 22/1 File 24267, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
