REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Nyachieo Ongondi (ID/10928056), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.27 hectare or thereabouts, known as West Kitutu/Mwagichana/1220, situate in the Kisii County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the 26th September, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
