REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ideal Partners Limited, of P.O. Box 5801–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.0660 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 115/686, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
