REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdulghafur Bin Hemed Bin Swaleh - administrator, of P.O. Box 87288-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. Portion No. 600 – Mambarui, Kilifi, containing 1.378 acres or thereabout, situate in the Mambarui in Kilifi District, registered as C.R No. 14290, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
