REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dedmart Commercial Agencies Limited, of P.O. Box 36, Lamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in ownership interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. 30619/Lamu, situate in the west of Lamu Island in Lamu District, registered as C.R. 67319, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
