REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Moses Karanja Wahome, of P.O. Box 66827–00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as Subdivision No. 20749/III/MN, situate in the north of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. No. 64243, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
