TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E215 OF 2025 By (1) Tifley Abdalla Bakhshuwein, (2) Salaah Salim Balala, (3) Sabah Salim Balala and (4) Fatma Salim Balala, all of P.O Box 84745-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Balala Salim Mohamed Abdalla, who died at The Premier Hospital, Mombasa in Kenya, on 1st September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
