CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2017 By Burhanuddin Mustansir Nanabhai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mustansir Tayabali Nanabhai, who died at Kitui, on 28th March, 2015. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025 By (1) Swale Ali Baya and (2) Hadija Ali Baya, both of P.O. Box 80736–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maryam Swaleh Fumo, who died on 4th December, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
