CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2025 By Kennedy Owino Omollo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Amolo Amolo alias Amolo Amolo, who died at Rachar, on 2nd August, 1987. CAUSE NO. E168 OF 2025 By Tabitha Were N. Osuka, of P.O. Box 153, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Ng’uono Osuka alias Joshua Ngwono Osuka, who died at Omia Malo Sub-location, on 20th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2025 By George Ouma Were, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Okode Amadho alias Okome Amadho, who died at Akom, on 18th July, 2007.
