TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2025 By Ogola Lilian Achieng Imbo, of P.O. Box 8, Rodi in Kenya, the deceased’s Daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Ogola Asiago alias Ogola Asiago, who died on 5th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2025 By Kenington Odhiambo Odongo, of P.O. Box 1–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Okoo Odongo alias Oko Odongo, who died on 10th July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
