E203 OF 2025 By (1) Gabriel Otieno Okoth and (2) Peter Ooko Barasa, both of 64– 40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oduor Okumu, who died at South Rambula Sub-location, on 10th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2025 By Gabriel Otieno Okoth, of 64–40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muya Okumu, who died at South Rambula Sub-location, on 2nd April, 1990. E206 OF 2025 By Peter Ooko Barasa, both of 64–40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ramjus Barasa Okumu alias Barasa Okumu, who died at South Rambula Sub-location, on 2nd April, 1990. CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2025 By Jonifa Athieno Outa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Ochiel Omolo, who died on 20th February, 2006. CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2025 By Charles Ochieng Omolo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oduor Omolo, who died on 4th January, 2012. CAUSE NO. E222 OF 2025 By (1) Wilfrida Akinyi Ongare, (2) Emmanuel Ochieng Oluoch and (3) Maurice Oginga Junior, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Ong’are Owinga alias Ong’are Owinga, who died on 7th August, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
