TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2025 By Elvis Ingura Omoding, of P.O. Box 7–50403, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ingura Omoding, who died at Uasin Gishu Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 14th October, 1994. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2025 By Paskalia Ikarede, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cosma Onyeit Achuno alias Cosmas Onyeiti, who died at Okuleu Sub-location, on 2nd July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
