TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By Solomon Wafula Makokha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Makokha Wanyama, who died at Mabusi Sub-location, on 6th April, 2016. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025 By (1) Beverly Nanjala Wanyonyi and (2) Eric Wekesa Wanyonyi for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joan Nekesa Wanambisi who died at Makhonge Sub-location on 17th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
