TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2022 By (1) Kajira Kimbo M’Kagiiri and (2) Maritha Kajira Mugao, both of P.O. Box 1–60215, Marimanti in Kenya, in the deceased’s wives, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugao Kagiiri Muriankuru, who died at Kirangare Sub-location, on 8th November, 2011. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 William Mutegi Kajira, both of P.O. Box 1, Marimanti in Kenya, in the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Kaibii, who died at Kamwathu on 20th July, 1994. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2024 By (1) Maitha Kunyanga M’Rugera and (2) Peter Gituura M’Rugera, both of P.O. Box 1, Marimanti in Kenya, in the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Kunyanga M’Rugera, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2003. E12 OF 2025 By Kamoncu Kathenya Makembo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaithi Kathenya Kienja, who died at Tunyai Sub-location, on 5th February, 2000. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By Beatrice Igoki Mwithi, of P.O. Box 1, Marimanti in Kenya, in the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwithi Gatirika alias John Mwithi Njeru, who died at Nkarini Sub-location, on 1st October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
