Box 93, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan Njagi Clement alias Mutigiri Kimunyi, who died at Nairobi Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd November, 2010. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2025 By Angela Mutitu Nyaga, of P.O. Box 45, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Denis Njagi Nyaga, who died at Mater Miseriocordiae Hospital in Kenya, on 11th April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2025 By (1) Edwin Njeru Njagi and (2) Evan Njeru Njagi, both of P.O. Box 72, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njagi Kariragia alias Njagi Kiriragia, who died at St. Michael Nursing Home, on 24th August, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
