TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2025 By Esther Wanjiku Mugo, of P.O. Box 216, Karaba in the Republic of Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Githinji Gutu, who died on 22nd July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2025 By Anthony Mwaniki Njimia, of P.O. Box 70, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wanjiru Njimia, who died at Kiarukungu Riverside, on 27th February, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
